Get Ahead on Your Transition to Infor LN

Infor has grown by acquiring more than 30 ERP systems—yet only one will remain strategic in the long run: Infor LN. While SAP and Oracle operate with a single ERP platform, Infor’s path forward is consolidation.

We believe this shift is not just inevitable—it’s necessary.

For companies planning to migrate to Infor LN, we provide a proven fast-track approach. Our Matrix Migration Repository enables a structured, accelerated transition from legacy Infor systems to the flagship ERP.

Why Work With Us:

  • Cut migration time and complexity with automation and tools
  • Preserve your legacy customizations as LN Extensions
  • Reduce risk and avoid wasteful rewrite projects
  • Get expert support from a team that knows every version of Infor ERP
  • Position your business on the most scalable ERP in the Infor ecosystem

If you’re considering a move to Infor LN, talk to us first. We’ll help you do it faster, smarter, and with confidence.

Get Ahead on Your Transition to Infor LN

We offer multiple migration paths to the latest versions of Infor LN—powered by our proprietary framework, the Matrix Migration Repository (MMR).

MMR consolidates over 20 years of real-world migration experience into one system. It stores proven data migration logic in a central dictionary, allowing us to automate and accelerate the entire process.

Using this framework, we:

  • Generate tailored data import tools based on your system
  • Leverage standard Infor technologies for reliability and performance
  • Execute migrations at scale without starting from scratch
  • Get expert support from a team that knows every version of Infor ERP
  • Position your business on the most scalable ERP in the Infor ecosystem

This allows for fast, controlled, and cost-effective data migration—without reinventing the wheel each time. If you're moving to Infor LN, MMR makes it faster, easier, and safer.

Our Migration Process

Our Process is designed as a phased, simulation-driven journey that ensures a controlled and successful transition from legacy ERP data structures (such as Infor LN 10.3) to the upgraded system (Infor LN 10.7). It gradually evolves from simple standard data migration to a full cutover simulation involving all tables, interfaces, and custom applications. This approach is divided into five simulations (SIM1 to SIM5), each associated with a specific migration phase (MIG1 to MIG5), culminating in the final Go-Live.

  • MIG1.Establish the Foundation
Start by migrating standard tables only. No multisite or dimensions are involved. This phase sets up and validates the core migration engine using clean, simple data. It ensures the technical process works before adding complexity.
  • MIG2.Simulate Real Business Use
Add functional depth by migrating extended data like inventory, transactions, and service records. This round tests how the system handles real-world business activity using dummy data, confirming stability and readiness for broader use.
  • MIG3.Introduce Business Dimensions
Migrate custom tables into the standard structure and add business units, sites, and dimensions. This phase creates a master reference model ("Golden Company") and validates advanced configuration logic across the organization.
  • MIG4.Migrate Customizations and Integrations
Move custom-built tables and interfaces into the new environment. This step ensures full connectivity with external systems and middleware, reflecting the future-state enterprise architecture.
  • MIG5.Perform Dry Run Simulation
Run a complete simulation of go live. Migrate everything including custom tables, interfaces, and apps in a controlled environment to test timing, data accuracy, and edge cases. This ensures a smooth final transition with no surprises.

Launch into Live Operations

After a successful cutover simulation, the system is ready to enter live use. Final steps include validating key business scenarios, completing integration checks, assigning user roles and permissions, and setting up personalized views, automated jobs, and routines. From this point forward, a freeze period ensures consistent, reliable data across all systems during the transition.

Data Migration to Infor CloudEdition

Data Migration to Infor CloudEdition

Integrating with the Cloud Edition (CE) of Infor LN presents technical challenges due to strict platform restrictions. To manage this, we use a structured two-step migration process.

  • Step1:Migrate all data from the source system to the latest on-premise version of Infor LN. This leverages existing, high-performance migration tools to generate a clean dataset.
  • Step2:Transfer the prepared dataset into a downloaded data dictionary that mirrors the Cloud Edition environment. This on-premise setup creates a stable and frozen testing ground for validation and adjustments.
